Winston Design + Development is both an architecture and development firm. We provide architectural services for a variety of clients and project types. On development projects, we self-perform design services.

Quality design and sustainability are at the core of our practice. By infusing the greatest level of energy efficiency and green building methods into every project, we add to the long-term value of our projects. We value the health and vitality of the communities we work in, and work closely with our clients to understand and respond to their individual project needs.

Winston Design + Development strives to transform underserved neighborhoods, providing improvements to the urban fabric in order to realize their potential, and helping to make them vibrant, healthy and sustainable places to live, work and play.
